Bild CAPBS is recruiting exceptional PBS Associates to join our team!

Owing to exceptionally high demand for our programmes in both education and healthcare settings, the Centre for Advancement of Positive Behaviour Support at Bild is now looking for associates to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you want to work for a national charity, committed to championing human rights, by delivering excellent co-produced Positive Behaviour Support and Practice Leadership.

We are looking for new associates to deliver PBS and Active Support programmes at different levels, working hand-in-hand with education services or health services to support positive change.

We would be delighted to hear from applicants who are appropriately qualified and have experience of implementing PBS at individual or service levels in schools or colleges (education) and healthcare settings (healthcare).

You should be able to commit to working with us for a minimum of 10 days per annum and be able to travel when required.

In return, you’ll participate in a thorough induction after which you will be welcomed into a team of associates, led by Professor Edwin Jones and Sarah Leitch, with ongoing access to CPD opportunities.
