Menopause and Learning Disabilities webinar

The next Growing Older With Learning Disabilities (GOLD) webinar takes place on 12 March 2024, at 12.30pm.

At the event, Dr Louise Newson will be talking about hormones, perimenopause and menopause. She will cover common symptoms and health risks of the menopause. In addition, she will discuss treatments including HRT. She will share the story of a lady with learning disabilities who had difficulty obtaining the right information and treatment. Louise will also share information resources and where to find them, for people who have learning disabilities.
