Local Initiatives from LeDeR Learning Webinar: Book your place now

A new webinar is coming soon from the Greater London Community Learning Disability and Autism Community of Practice!

Taking place on 24th February 1-2.30pm, the free webinar – Local Initiatives from LeDeR Learning – will explore the local initiatives and practical solutions that have derived from the LeDeR reviews, to improve care and prevent premature mortality amongst learning disability and autism communities across Greater London.

Speakers will include team representatives from Significant 7+, an innovative training tool for Care Homes to ensure the prevention of avoidable A&E attendances and acute admissions for complex and frail patients. Starting out initially as a local initiative, Significant 7+ is now recognised nationally!

The aims of Significant 7+ are to improve systematic identification of early signs in residents, while empowering care home staff to recognise and manage deteriorating residents.
