Bild programmes eligible for Workforce Development Fund Support
The Workforce Development Fund 2022-2023 (WDF) is now open to adult social care employers in England. The Fund aims to support continuing professional development of staff across adult social care sector by providing a contribution towards the cost of training.
Bild’s Workforce Development Programmes and the WDF
Bild (British Institute of Learning Disabilities) is a national not-for-profit charity that has protected and supported the rights of people with learning disabilities for more than 50 years. We want a more fair and equal society where everyone has the same rights and opportunities.
By working in partnership with people with learning disabilities and drawing from research evidence, we identify best practice and what works. People want the right kind of support so they can make choices and decisions about the things that affect their lives – we can help you provide this support.
We are pleased that a number of Bild’s workforce development programmes are eligible for support via the Workforce Development Fund:
Foundation Programmes:
- PBS Foundations Programme
- PBS Practitioner Programme
- Foundation in Active Support
Programmes for Practice Leaders:
- PBS Coaches Programme
- BTEC Certificate in PBS
- Active Support Coaches Programme
- Active Support: Practice Leadership
Diploma Programmes:
- BTEC Diploma Practice Leadership in PBS
