About Bild
Bild is a national charity that, for over 50 years, has protected and supported the rights of people with learning disabilities to build a more fair and equal society where everyone has the same opportunities.
We work with people with lived experience to support organisations and their staff to build a more inclusive society that empowers and enables people to thrive. We identify best practice and what works by working in partnership with people with learning disabilities, as well as drawing from research evidence. Our training and qualifications are an important part of our work to improve practice and build a fairer, more inclusive society.
The Bild Group of charities includes Bild, the Restraint Reduction Network and Bild ACT, three separate charities with their own governance arrangements, who share a number of back-office functions including communications, admin, HR and IT.
