Community of Practice name: Kent Positive Behaviour Support Community Network

Purpose:
To raise further awareness of what good PBS looks like and how we can embed it into our services. To improve staff knowledge of PBS, monitor PBS approaches, and improve PBS in services and current barriers to achieving this.
We will hold regular meetings to discuss how PBS is currently being implemented into services across Kent, and ways we can improve this we also look at current barriers and work together to find solutions. This will be done through surveys, workshops, and information sharing, focusing on adult services.
